“A Spiritually Legal Explaination”

This was sent to me by an old English acquaintaince who had left the system more than a decade ago. I have benefited from their continued guidance on the matter, year after year.

I’d like to say a big thank you for all that you’ve shared with me.

QUESTION : Why would the general census population of legal state assumptive personhood birth certificate ID holders in due course, performing parties, male and female, not be willing to forsake and relinquish assumptive, administrative, birth certificated duty, debt and obligation to maintain the state security of the person foundation legal tender of identity, presumed and assumed to be them by usage.

Below is a clear and comprehensive answer, a spiritually legal explanation of why the general population will not forsake or relinquish the assumed administrative duty over the state-created birth-certificated legal person.

So, why do most people not relinquish the state-created legal person?

• Because they do not know there is a distinction. Most people do not know there is a difference between the natural man created by God, and the legal person created by the state through birth registration. They believe the surname identity is them, because they were told this from birth. All institutions reinforce it. Their parents modeled it. There is no public education exposing the legal fiction nature of personhood.
  
  Hosea 4 verse 6 reads, ‘My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge’. The average citizen cannot forsake something they never knew existed.

• Because they are dependent on the benefits of the system, forsaking administrative control of the legal person would mean not contracting as a purchaser, not participating in mammon finance, not banking as a customer, not holding state licences. Not receiving state benefits or privileges. Not acting as surety for a fictional debtor. These benefits create dependency, comfort that spiritually enslaves…
  
  People fear losing credit, loans, government payments, health coverage, employment eligibility, travel convenience, social inclusion. People cling to benefits, even when those benefits cost their identity, freedom, and soul. Matthew 6, 24, ‘ye cannot serve God in mammon’. Most choose mammon without realizing they made a choice.

• Because they fear rejection, isolation, and social consequences. Forsaking personhood makes someone different, independent, non-compliant, spiritually awake. Most people will not risk being mocked, losing friendships, disappointing family, being misunderstood, being labeled OPCA Freeman Sovereign religious extremist. The fear of man becomes stronger than the fear of God.
  
  Proverbs 29.25, ‘the fear of man bringeth a snare’. Most people are snared by their desire to fit in.

• Because they are spiritually blind to the nature of the system, the state requires a fictional person to operate its economy. Most people are spiritually asleep, they live by the flesh, not by the spirit. They trust human institutions more than the scripture. They cannot see the matrix of legal identity. They think compliance equals righteousness.
  
  Thus, they do not discern the Beast system, the marker of the legal name, the debt-credit contract cycle, the spiritual slavery of surnames. Galatians 6 and 3, ‘if a man think himself to be something, when he is no thing, he deceiveth himself’. Most think the legal something, the person, is their true self.

• Because the system rewards ignorance and punishes awareness. The state makes ignorance easy, everything is automatic, everything is filled out for you, everything is presumed. Everything is pre-registered, your parents consented when you were helpless, and the system makes awareness difficult.
  
  Law is complex, procedures are hidden, spiritual truth is mocked, the legal name is embedded everywhere. Most choose the path of least resistance.

• Because people worship the idol image of the legal person. Every modern interaction demands the card, the number, the signature, the surname, the fictional identity, the face, photo, idol. Idolation, the birth certificate and its derivatives have become state sacraments. To give up the legal person is to them, like giving up oxygen.
  
  Revelation 13, 16, and 17 states, No man can buy or sell save he that had the mark. They mistake the mark for life, not bondage.

• Because they believe the state owns them, this belief is rarely spoken but deeply felt. The psychological submission is the doctrine of discovery applied to the modern mind. Most people do not believe they have God-given dominion, they believe they are subjects, and not sovereign creations. (Not saying you’re a sovereign, you’re of a sovereign creation from the Most High).

• Because people fear responsibility and love delegated authority. Forsaking legal personhood means standing on your own conscience, accepting spiritual responsibility, trusting God alone. This terrifies the population. People prefer the illusion of state protection over the reality of spiritual freedom.

• Because they do not want to admit they’ve been deceived. The birth certificate is a lifelong psychological investment. To admit it was a trap of legal fiction means admitting they were fooled, they served the wrong master, they acted in ignorance, they lived as debtors under voluntary servitude, they trusted Caesar over Christ. Pride closes their ears to truth.

• Because only the elect will forsake the legal person. Spiritual truth is not for everyone. Forsaking the legal person is not merely a legal act. It’s a repentance, election, and rebirth. It is a spiritual calling, most are not called.
  
  Matthew 22, 14, many are called, but few are chosen.
  
  You cannot awaken someone whom God has not first quickened.

Most legal personhood citizens will not relinquish they’re assumed administrative duty because they don’t understand the distinction, depend on benefits, fear consequences, are spiritually blind, worship the legal name, believe the state owns them, prefer comfort over conscience, fear admitting the deception, and are not spiritually chosen to see the truth. Therefore, they cling to the legal persona, even if it enslaves them.

Why most people will not forsake the state-created legal person? Most individuals, male and female, who hold a birth certificate, act as a legal person and perform civil identity duties, will not forsake or relinquish the assumed administrative control over the state-created legal persona for the following reasons.

• Lack of knowledge of the distinction. The average person does not understand that the surname identity is an artificial, state-created debtor construct separate from the natural man or woman God created. They have no concept of legal fiction doctrine, legal versus natural standing, state-created corporate identity, the security of the person.
  
  The difference between agent and surety, the theological implications of serving mammon without knowledge, there can be no election. (How can you make an election if you don’t have knowledge?)

• Dependence on the state’s benefits and commercial necessity. Most people depend on the legal person to access banking, housing, employment, licences, healthcare, travel, government payments. They fear that relinquishing administrative control would mean losing the comforts of modern life. Their dependency is spiritual enslavement disguised as convenience.

• Fear of social, legal, and economic consequences. People fear ridicule, misunderstanding, social inclusion, pressure from family, employer consequences, being labeled OPCA sovereign citizen, non-compliant, or radical. (Which is the quickest fail-safe the system has for anybody who’s complying or not complying, whether for moral or for immoral purposes).
  
  Proverbs 29.25. Thus, fear of man empowers fear of God.

• Spiritual blindness. The legal person system is the mark of the beast precursor. (Remember, the Corporate Suretyship book from the 1930’s said that suretyship was the precursor to ruin)

• The legal person system is the mark of the beast precursor, yet most cannot see it because they are spiritually asleep. Galatians 6 and 3, if a man think himself to be something, when he is no thing, he deceiveth himself. Most think the legal something ‘the person’ is their true self. The legal name is a modern state religion. The state has created a world where the legal persona is worshipped, signed into, ID, idolatrized, photosanctioned, financially energized, the ID card is the sacrament, the legal surname is the altar, the signature sign equals sin is the ritual of consent.

• Pride in psychological investment to forsake the legal person is to admit, I was deceived, I served the Beast system annoyingly. I trusted Caesar more than Christ. My entire life was based on Fiction. Few have the humility to confront this truth.

• Only the elect are called to forsake the legal person. Spiritually awakening is selective.
  “Many are called, few are chosen. Matthew 22.14.”

Relinquishing person requires repentance, courage, spiritual rebirth, willingness to be hated for Christ’s name. This path is narrow, most will not take it.

THE VILLAGE OF THE NAME BEARERS  

There once was a vast village where every child on the day of birth was fitted with a wooden mask. Each mask bore a surname branded by the rulers of the land. The villagers were taught from infancy, this mask is who you are. Without it, you cannot buy or sell. Remove it, and you will be cast out.

The mask grew heavier as the years passed, but familiarity made the wait seem normal. One day, a man awoke! He felt the mask strangling his breath, and cried out to heaven. A voice whispered, This is not who you are. Take up your cross, remove the mask, and follow me. John lifted his trembling hands and removed the mask. The villagers gasped.

Some mocked him. Fool! How will you live? Who will hire you? What will you eat without the mask? Others whispered, Is he mad? Does he reject the world? But Daniel felt lighter, alive for the first time. He walked freely among them, though they feared him. Soon, a few others approached him secretly. How did you remove yours? We did not know it was possible, John answered. Your true face was always beneath it. You only needed the courage to let it go. But the majority held their masks tighter, convincing themselves that the weight was a blessing.

And so the village remained divided. The mask wearers who lived enslaved, and the awakened who lived free.

And still today, new children are given masks unless someone breaks the cycle….

Basically, reluctance of the legal person population, why they will not forsake it, the condition described why the general population registered as legal persons through birth certificates refused to relinquish administrative duty, debt, and surety roles over the state-created, artificial identity.

They refuse to forsake the legal person. Is a spiritual attachment to the mark of mammon. (They’ve turned it into a legal religious ritual) symbolizing dependence on worldly identity, rather than the creation of God, who gave them life.

Causes?

1. Ignorance. They do not know the distinction between man and person.
2. Dependency, benefits create bondage through convenience.
3. Social fear, ridicule, judgement, misunderstanding.
4. Spiritual blindness. They cannot see the legal person as a Beast-system identity.
5. Pride to renounce the person is to admit lifelong deception.
6. False worship, the legal name becomes an idol.
7. Doctrine of discovery psychology, they believe the state owns them.
8. Lack of election, only the spiritually awakened called by God will forsake the person.

Scripture, Galatians 6-3, Matthew 6, 24, Revelation 13, 16, 17.

The truth is simple. The legal person is a state-created instrument, a debtor construct, a foundation identity document designed for commerce.

But most people will never give it up. WHY ?

Because they do not know the difference between man and person. Because they fear losing benefits. Because they fear being mocked. Because they trust Caesar more than Christ.

They worship the ID card, they sign into the system, they energize the fiction with their own hand.

To forsake the legal person requires courage, conscience and spiritual clarity. Requires admitting we were deceived. And choosing to follow God over mammon.

Few will choose this path, few will awaken, few will forsake the legal identity imposed on them, but the few who do find freedom the world cannot understand.AWAKE, O SLEEPER…    .
